2021 Ride of Silence
Join cyclists around the country as we participate in the Ride of Silence. The Ride of Silence has taken place on the third Wednesday of May for the last 19 years. It honors the cyclists who have been injured or killed in accidents with motorists. This ride raises awareness and asks that we all share the roads. This year the Ride of Silence will occur across the Nation on May 19th, at 7 PM.
HBC will ride from John Carroll University in University Heights and into South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, & Shaker Heights. We will stop to honor the life of Cleveland Heights resident Terry Ryan who was a victim of vehicular violence last year. The route is an 8 mile loop.We will gather in the parking lot off Carroll Blvd behind the Dolan Science Center starting at 6:30PM and will depart at 7:00PM
