Celebrate Roll Models & Holidays – Dec. 7 at Nighttown
Join us for a Holiday Party at Nighttown, 12383 Cedar Rd., on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 7 p.m., to celebrate cycling and the holidays.
Our presenters are:
- Brothers Vince (student at Roxboro Middle School) and Marcus (Fairfax Elementary School) have been members of the Fairfax After-School Bike Club. They will talk about the bike club and their favorite cycling activities.
- Richard Wong, Cleveland Heights Planning Director, commutes by bicycle and has been a leader in making the Heights more bicycle friendly. He’ll tell us how he got into bicycle commuting.
- Greg Donley, Print Communications at the Cleveland Museum of Art, commutes by bicycle to University Circle. He’ll share his tips for being safe and comfortable on the ride.
Music and a sing-along provided by Charlie Mosbrook, cyclist, folk musician and songwriter. He rides a tricycle around town and in races, undeterred by a spinal cord injury. Bring your bike Jingle Bell.
Light refreshments provided. Cash bar.
