Fundraiser for Bicyclist Mindy Manyo, Sunday, October 27, 2013

Mindy Manyo is the bicyclist who was seriously injured by a hit-and-run motorist on Fairmount Boulevard on October 3 (see previous story, “Let’s Catch the Bad Guy!”).  Mindy is known to many in Cleveland Heights and has been employed to take care of the flower boxes at Cedar Fairmount, which she has done lovingly.  That’s why the Cedar Fairmount Special Improvement District is hosting a fundraiser for Mindy at Nighttown on Sunday, October 27, from 4-8 p.m.  Cost is $25 per person (cash or check only) and includes hors d’oeuvres, music and auction items.  You can also contribute to the Manyo fund at Fifth Third Bank branches.  Let’s show Mindy we care.
